You are in Chalong, the junction where the whole south of the island passes through — Rawai, Nai Harn, Kata, the airport highway, all a straight run from here. Here you shop at the fresh market near Chalong Circle, eat at Kan Eang with tables out over the water, train at Tiger Muay Thai or one of the other camps that cluster in the district.
