ZEN Real Property is a Thai-registered agency. We list villas and homes across Phuket to rent and buy, keep the prices in the open, and put a real person from our Ko Kaeo office on every enquiry — in English, 09:00–21:00 Phuket time.
Most of what we list, we hold directly — so when you ask about a villa, you talk to the people who actually know it, not a call centre passing you around. We handle long-stay rentals and sales the same way: understand what you're after, shortlist honestly, and stay reachable after you move in.
We're registered in Thailand and work from a single office in Ko Kaeo, Mueang Phuket 83000. That's deliberate — a small desk that knows its patch beats a big brand that resells someone else's data.
