Дом

Ten minutes inland from Bang Tao Beach, you are among the rubber smallholdings and the working rhythm of Thalang — the Heroines Monument roundabout marks the turn towards town, where the markets and the Thai restaurants cluster. The coast itself is six minutes back: Bang Tao's long crescent of casuarina trees, or Layan if you want quieter sand. Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket sit facing each other a few minutes north, carrying the run of gyms, supermarkets and cafés that make up the real infrastructure here — Villa Market, Tops, Robinson Lifestyle, Blue Tree Phuket inland. The schools are close: HeadStart International and Kajonkiet both sit in Cherngtalay, minutes away. Suay Cherngtalay, The Farmer and The Fisherman, Project Artisan — the restaurants worth the drive are all within reach. The villa sits on a hillside among jungle, new-built and clean-lined, with the kind of privacy that comes from being set back and screened by trees.

Окружение

The infinity pool drops away towards the view — mountain and jungle in the middle distance, the whole thing still and green. High ceilings move through the interior, floor-to-ceiling windows frame what is outside rather than interrupt it. Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, the master carrying a walk-in closet and a soaking tub. The kitchen is island-style, open to the living room, which breathes out onto the rooftop terrace. You stand there in the early morning and the air is cool; the coffee goes outside with you.
