Private 3 Bedroom Villa in Rawai for Rent
5.0 · 19 Google reviews for ZENThe setting
Rawai sits at the island's southern tip, where the waterfront is still working: longtail boats moored in the shallows, fishermen unloading, the seafood market where you buy your fish at the stall and carry it next door to be cooked. You drive two minutes over the hill to Nai Harn or Ya Nui when you want to swim. The neighbourhood has a long-standing foreign community, a heavy café and bakery scene, Muay Thai camps and yoga studios scattered through it, and almost everything reachable on a scooter. International School of Phuket and Lighthouse International School are both here. You eat at Baan Rimlay under the trees by the pier, or Salaloy Seafood on the front, or Rock Salt looking down over Nai Harn. Promthep Cape is a five-minute drive for sunset.
The home
The villa sits in a lush tropical garden with a private pool set deep into the plot, shaded by tall palms. The architecture is tropical-classic, well-kept, with a covered garage and a sala pavilion opening onto the garden. The space is built around family life: a kitchen island for cooking together, a laundry room, storage, and a terrace that steps down into the garden without barrier between inside and out. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms run along one side, each with air-conditioning. The garden itself is the thing here — spacious, planted thickly, private enough that you forget the neighbourhood exists. You open the doors in the morning and the air is still cool.
