Private 2 Bedroom Sea View Penthouse in Choeng Thale for Rent

Surin sits in a quiet bay shaded by casuarina trees, the sand kept natural and calm — the beach clubs that once crowded it were cleared years ago and have stayed gone. You walk down to the water in minutes from the hillside where homes sit, and the infrastructure you need lives inland: The Plaza Surin for shopping, HeadStart International School in Cherngtalay about twelve minutes away, and restaurants like The Smokaccia Laboratory and Wagyu Steakhouse at Twinpalms when you want to eat out. Laem Singh Beach is a walk over the rocks to the south, Bang Tao and Kamala are close by road. The penthouse sits high in a modern condo building with its own character — a private plunge pool on the rooftop terrace, the kind of space where you breakfast looking out at mountain and jungle rising behind the bay. Twenty-four-hour security and a lift mean you move through the building without thinking about it. The common gym and gardens are there when you want them; the private parking and storage mean your life stays organized.
The home
Inside, high ceilings open the space — two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen positioned to face the terrace. The sea view comes through, partial and filtered by vegetation and the neighbouring buildings, but the light is what matters: it fills the room all day. You step out onto the terrace with your coffee and the air is still. The plunge pool catches the morning sun. This is the kind of place where a long stay becomes a life.
