Private Pool 3 Bedroom Villa in Choeng Thale for Rent
5.0 · 29 Google reviews for ZENThe setting
Bang Tao sits behind you here — a six-kilometre arc of firm sand with casuarina shade, backed by the Laguna lagoon and the village of Cherng Talay. Your daily life runs on a short inland loop: Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket for groceries and coffee are a five-to-ten-minute drive, Blue Tree Phuket with its cafés and forest trails is close by, and the beach clubs sit on the sand when you want an evening out. HeadStart International School is in the district, UWC Thailand is fifteen minutes north. Everything you need — shops, markets, restaurants, schools — sits on the same circuit. You will need a car or scooter; the beach here is quieter than the sand further south.
The home
The villa stands in a gated estate built around privacy and family life. You enter through private parking into a modern, clean-lined home set back in a manicured garden with mature trees. The architecture is contemporary and simple — flat roofs, high ceilings, bright rooms — and the whole place is well-kept and ready to live in. Inside, three bedrooms and three bathrooms are arranged around open-plan living. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, the lounge faces the garden, and the terrace opens onto the private pool.
And more
Air conditioning runs throughout, Wi-Fi is live, and a laundry room, storage and an outdoor shower sit ready to use. A barbecue area sits in the garden. The gate, the 24-hour security and the CCTV mean you close the door and the world stays outside. This is the kind of home built for a family that wants to stay.
