Private Modern 4 Bedroom Villa in Chalong for Rent

Chalong is the junction the whole south of the island passes through — from here you drive to Rawai in ten minutes, Nai Harn in fifteen, Kata in twenty. The bay itself is a working harbour with piers for island boats and dive departures, so you live here and drive out to the water. The district has its own rhythm: Chalong Circle with the fresh market and noodle shops, Robinson Lifestyle with cinema and three hundred brands, Villa Market for Western groceries, and the Muay Thai and fitness camps that draw a serious training community. Evenings are quiet; here the trade-off is space and a short run to Berda Claude International School's two campuses. The villa sits in a gated estate of modern townhouses, clean-lined and flat-roofed, with a covered sala pavilion and a small plunge pool that faces into the garden. The whole place is built around a calm, private life — your own parking, your own swimming pool, a jacuzzi for the evenings.
The setting
The garden is pet-friendly, and here you have a laundry room and storage you will actually use. Inside, the island kitchen opens to the lounge, and the light moves through the day. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and the space is laid out so you walk through it easily. You are 250 square metres of living, on a 300-square-metre plot, with room to breathe. The air-conditioning runs quietly. This is a property for a long rental — twelve months minimum — and it is furnished and ready to move into.
