Private 4 Bedroom Villa in Bang Tao for Rent
5.0 · 29 Google reviews for ZENThe home
Bang Tao runs on a short loop away from the beach itself: Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket for groceries and coffee, Blue Tree for the weekend, a beach club at the end of the afternoon. Everything sits five to ten minutes away by car. HeadStart International School and UWC Thailand are both within fifteen minutes, and the sand here is firmer than it gets further south, backed by casuarina shade and shallower water. The villa stands modern and new on a 550-square-metre plot, set back from the coast with a private garden that wraps around it. High ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass open the living space onto a lap-length pool and terrace. The four bedrooms and four bathrooms run across 526 square metres.
The setting
An island kitchen sits inside, and a covered outdoor kitchen stands ready on the terrace. You walk from the bedrooms into the garden, or from the lounge straight to the pool deck where the air holds still in the early morning before the heat builds. Twenty-four-hour security and CCTV run the perimeter. Parking is covered. A laundry room and storage are built in. The property is fully furnished and ready to move into on a twelve-month lease.
