The home

Here in Bang Tao, the day can begin with coffee at Bartels and a school run to HeadStart Cherngtalay. Pick up groceries at Villa Market, meet friends for dinner at Porto de Phuket, or browse the Friday market at Boat Avenue. Bang Tao Beach stretches along a six-kilometre curve of firm sand, with casuarina shade and the lagoons of Laguna Phuket behind it. A car or scooter brings the district’s cafés, shops and beach within reach. Eco Estate Villas sits in Pasak, close to Laguna Phuket and its golf course. Clean architectural lines meet a tropical setting, with spacious interiors opening towards outdoor living.

The setting

Solar power with battery storage and water recirculation are part of the estate’s design. Construction is yet to begin, with handover scheduled for Q2 2028. This eight-bedroom villa gives family and guests room to gather and retreat, with ten bathrooms across 1,000 square metres of built space. Natural light fills the living areas, and a private lift connects the floors. The feature that stays with you is the private pool: its glass bottom sits above the living room, bringing the water into view from inside. Open the living space outdoors and let the day move between the house and the pool.
