Ko Kaeo sits on the east coast where two marinas — Phuket Boat Lagoon and Royal Phuket Marina — anchor the rhythm of the neighbourhood. You walk to Villa Market for errands, or south a few minutes to Central Phuket Festival for the bigger shops. Nozomi Sushi and Solavita are both within reach on the marina boardwalks, where the evenings are quiet and the mornings belong to the school run: British International School and Finnway are here. When you want to swim, Patong Beach is 25 to 35 minutes west; Cape Yamu sits closer to the north-east if you want the sunrise over Phang Nga Bay. Supalai Lake Ville is a gated estate built around its own rhythm — communal gardens, a shared pool, a gym.
The setting
The architecture is clean-lined and modern, the kind of place where families settle in and stay. You have your own garage and covered parking, your own space within the community, but the pool and the gardens belong to everyone here. The house itself opens across two storeys. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms sit on the upper floor; downstairs, the living and dining areas flow into each other, bright with the light that comes through. The kitchen is island-style and fully equipped.
And more
One of the bedrooms doubles as a home office or guest room — the kind of flexibility that matters when you are here for a year or longer. The terrace and garden are yours, and the whole place is furnished and ready to move into. You can bring a pet; the estate welcomes them.
