You are in Choeng Thale, on the inland loop behind Bang Tao, where the daily rhythm runs between the school gates, Boat Avenue for groceries and coffee, and the beach clubs on the sand six kilometres away. Everything sits within a five-to-ten-minute drive: HeadStart International School and UWC Thailand are close enough for the morning run, Boat Avenue opens onto shops and the Friday night market, Porto de Phuket stands next door for the supermarket and the cafés, and Blue Tree in Cherng Talay holds the weekend — padel courts, a skate park, forest jogging trails. The beaches themselves are calm and backed by casuarina shade; Bang Tao curves six kilometres with firmer sand, and Layan sits quieter at the northern end. You drive to dinner at Suay Cherngtalay or a drink at Catch Beach Club, then come home to stillness. The villa sits in a secure neighbourhood behind its own garden wall. It is modern, clean-lined, high-ceilinged throughout, with a private lap-length pool and contemporary finishes that feel lived-in rather than staged.
The setting
Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. An island kitchen opens to a lounge and terrace. The garage is covered, the laundry room separate, and storage runs through the house for a family that stays. The light comes in high and steady; you open the doors to the terrace and the air moves through without noise. This is a place for families doing the school run, or owners who fly in often and want a home that is already waiting, private and calm, on the quiet side of the bay.
