Private 6 Bedroom Modern Villa in Kathu for Rent

Kathu sits in the inland valley between the hills, ringed by three golf courses and ringed by life that is still Thai: the daily market busy with food stalls in the evening, Wat Kathu, the Chinese shrine that anchors the Vegetarian Festival each autumn. Patong Beach is ten minutes west over the hill; Kamala is twenty minutes north. Central Phuket and Bangkok Hospital are a short drive east. QSI and KIS are here in the valley—the school run is a few minutes. The villa sits on a hilltop within a gated estate, modern and clean-lined, with high ceilings and the kind of light that comes from being above the surrounding gardens.
The setting
You step out from the main house onto a terrace that faces the golf course and the mountains beyond it, and the air moves through the space without effort. The infinity pool sits at the edge of the view, with a jacuzzi beside it; an outdoor kitchen and a sala sit in the shade where you can watch the day move across the valley. Inside, the villa holds six bedrooms and seven bathrooms across 580 square metres, each room furnished and ready. Two kitchens—one inside, one outside—mean the cooking spreads across the house. A maid's room, a home office, storage, and a laundry room sit ready.
The details
The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and a bathtub that faces out. An outdoor shower opens to the garden. The whole property sits on 700 square metres with private parking, a garage, and gardens where pets run freely. Twenty-four-hour security and CCTV hold the boundary; inside, the space breathes.
