You run hiring from the first call to the first working day, support our agents and clients, and keep the office in order. Pay starts from 25,000 THB a month, with bonuses for every candidate you bring through hiring and a monthly operational bonus. Full-time, five days a week. You will work in a team of professionals responsible for office management, administrative support, and daily coordination.

What the work looks like
You report to the company owner and work between management, agents, property owners, clients and candidates.
- Hiring: you publish job posts, call every new candidate the same day, explain the company and the role, send our online assessment and bring the strongest candidates to the manager for an interview. When someone is approved, you prepare their internship agreement and their first day.
- Documents: rental agreements, TM30 forms, and a check of every document before it goes to an agent or a client.
- Clients after the deal: tenants' requests during their stay, and help for buyers with furnishing, visas, driving licences and hotel bookings.
- The office: supplies, basic payments, printing, meetings, and the manager's tasks, so that nothing small is forgotten.
The role is administrative and coordinating. You do not give legal or financial advice.
How you are paid
From 25,000 THB a month, built from three parts: a fixed monthly base salary, hiring bonuses, and an operational bonus.
Hiring bonuses
- 50 THB for every candidate who completes the assessment you sent.
- 500 THB for every candidate who starts the internship.
- 8% of ZEN's commission on the first deal of an agent you brought in, about 7,600 THB on an average deal.
- 2% of ZEN's commission on that agent's deals for the next three months.
Operational bonus
Every month a share of the commissions ZEN received goes into your bonus fund. You receive it in full when you complete your monthly task plan, and in part when you complete less of it.
Salary and bonuses are paid monthly.
